Week 1 is almost done!! So far so good!!
Ella and I got a new CD (KidzBop) and have started dancing together.
Since Sunday's weigh in, I have lost 7.5 lbs!! I have started watching my portion sizes and measuring everything that I eat. I have also started logging everything that I eat. As my friend, Jackie says, "I stop eating the leftovers on my kids plates, because I don't want to log it!!" It's true! I'm addicted to logging, but I don't want to have to log and loose calories due to a morsel on Ella's plate!!
