TAAF
I think I'm going to have to rethink this whole State TAAF thing! I went to a TAAF Holiday Social on Friday. I didn't get home (or actually to Keri's) until 4:30 am! And I'm not one to stay out very late!
Why did I have so much fun you ask? I hung out with this amazing guy from another city that is close by. He's hilarious, freaking cute, smart, been in the biz for a while. But he's only 29! Does that make me a Courgar?

Weight Watchers
I started going to Weight Watchers again. I tried this before almost two years ago when I was working for the Town of Trophy Club. Never made my first 5 lb star. The group I was going with stopped going. I got fired from there. Kind of puts a damper on your progress!
Well, I'm back and doing great! I just got my first 5 lb star! I'm more than 1/2 way to my 10% goal! I have dropped a full dress size and not feel uncomfortalbe in that size!
I see a difference in my face and legs. That's were I drop first. I know, most women loose from their breast first. Not me! That's the last place that I loose! My ulitmate goal is to drop to my ideal weight and then get a breast reduction/lift!

Cars
I began shopping for a new car today. Do I go new or do I go used? I really want something economical and efficient.

Fridays
Most people enjoy Fridays at work. I'm not too crazy about them. Yes, it is the end of the week. But around here at the Ranch...it is BORING!! I can never find enough to do. I usually clean or reorganize when I get bored. Last time I did it wasn't pretty. So I try to wait for Eric so we don't have that incident again. But, so far I'm right!!

Welcome!
Hi and welcome to my world! I'm a single aunt of 5! I live alone with two cats. I like to think of myself as outgoing and witty.
I work in Parks and Recreation. I love it. I hate it when people try to make me hate it or try to scare me with what may come. A lot of people underestimate me. I can do and handle a lot more than they think.
Sit back and enjoy the ride that is my life!

John Patrick Lillis
Have you ever wondered what must be so wrong with your life for you to feel the need to end it? I know there have been times that I have thought that it would be easier if I could do it. But then I stop and think. Is what is going on in my life really that bad or have I just blown it out of proportion? I also stop to think about my family and friends. Who is this making it easy for? Me or for them? Me. They have to clean up my mess (both figuratively and metaphorically)
My dear friend; and only guy I’ve ever been around that I can’t talk, did just that this past weekend. I know he was fighting some serious demons, but did he really exhaust all outlets to get help? I wish I had been more comfortable around him. Maybe then he would have known how much I cared about him and would have done anything to help him. Now he will never know.
John Lillis SHERMAN - Funeral services for John Patrick Lillis, 40, of Sherman will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, in Dannel Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Jim Pledger of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Akers Cemetery. He died Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, in Sherman. Surviving are his parents, Jim and Jan Lillis of Sherman; brothers, Jeff Lillis of Sherman and Garrett Lillis of Houston; and grandmother, Kay Cole of Sherman. Visitation will be at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Monday until service time.
